Those of you who are long time viewers of this site know that I operated it for over a year talking about the same treatments and holding the same positions before I even took any advertising. For the most part, my positions haven't changed.

Fortunately, I have been able to treat my hairloss successfully using products such as Propecia, Minoxidil, Nano Shampoo and others. Some of these companies advertise with us, some do not. It is very important to me that we are able to keep editorial content separate from our advertising.

I look at any treatment method openly and consider the pros and cons. When you consider any of your options, (medicinal treatments, transplants, hair systems, or anything else you can name), you realize that None is perfect. They all have their pros and cons. What works best for one individual may not for another. What may be acceptable to one individual may not be acceptable to another.

Personally, I hope to never have to use a hair system or get a transplant, but if I did I've seen enough of both to know that there are some places I would be comfortable in going to have one or the other done if I had to. Does this mean that there aren't some doctors doing bad transplants out there? No. Does this mean there aren't some hair replacements out there that look awful? No. Does this mean treatments such as minoxidil and Propecia have no side effects and will work for everybody? No. I'm not saying any of those things, but I am saying that each has its own unique advantages and disadvantages.

You should look into any solution that interests you, find out everything you can, and then make an educated decision. Don't take anything you see on the Regrowth sites as gospel. Ask other people. See as many hairloss professionals as you can. Most importantly, before you decide to do anything, get enough information so that you are COMFORTABLE doing it. Don't get a transplant or hair system if you still have serious doubts that they're for you. Take the time to make the right decision. You'll thank yourself for it!
